Booking forms are now available for Dalesdown Sports and Activities Weekend and Dalesdown Camps 2010!
Don’t forget to take advantage of the early booking discount and get your form and deposit back to the office by 4th March 2010!

Dalesdown Camps 2010

The dates for the 2010 Dalesdown camps are:

Week 1: Teens Plus Camp……24th July – 30th July
(School years 11, 12, 13 at time of booking)

Week 2: Teens Camp……31st July - 6th Aug
(School years 8, 9, 10 at time of booking)

Week 3: Children’s Camp……7th Aug- 13th Aug
(School years 4, 5, 6, 7 at time of booking)

Cost for each week is: £215 (Includes VAT)

DISCOUNTS!

This year we are continuing a range of discounts which we hope you will take advantage of:-

* If your booking form and deposit arrive before 4th March 2010 then you can deduct 5%  from the price.
* If you have never been to a Dalesdown Camp before then you can deduct 10%  from the price.
* For every person you invite who has never been to a Dalesdown Camp before, you can deduct 10% from the price.
* Discount for siblings – deduct 10%  from the price per person.

If you want to make the payment easier by spreading it over several months or if cost is an issue, there are Bursary funds available so please contact the office in confidence to discuss how we may be able to help.

As well as being a great time for all our campers, we like to use the camps to encourage, train and equip new leaders, so if you know of any one over the age of 18 who would be willing to help either as tent/dorm leaders or as kitchen assistants, please pass on the details of the camps, or tick the box asking for information for leaders on the booking form.  All leaders are CRB checked and have to provide references as well.

After you send back your booking form, you will receive confirmation that you have a place booked on camp, followed later by the relevant health and consent forms and information leaflets.
